We will assess the severity of the damage and check to make sure that the product wasn’t accidentally damaged in our care, or damaged due to our poor packaging. If the item was not damaged due to our care, we will pursue an insurance claim with the carrier. And of course, we will work with you to either repair the damage to the existing product or ship you a new product, depending on the severity of the damage. How do I return a product?
